What is your shipping policy?

AutoShack offers free shipping to most locations within the Continental United States (the lower 48 states) for orders over $40. For orders shipping to rural or remote areas, where the cost of delivery is higher, a nominal shipping fee will be applied. This charge will be clearly displayed during checkout, allowing you to review the cost before completing your purchase.

At this time, AutoShack does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Express Shipping: We also offer 2-day express shipping to most U.S. locations for an additional fee. This cost will be shown during checkout, giving you the option to upgrade your shipping method.

Where are the parts shipped from?

All customer orders in the United States are packed and shipped from our fulfillment center located in Alexandria Bay, New York. This ensures timely processing and delivery to all eligible U.S. destinations.

What are my shipping options?

In the United States, AutoShack’s automated system assigns the most efficient carrier based on your location. We partner with the following carriers for standard shipping:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

For express shipping, we use UPS and DHL exclusively. The available options and shipping times will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to select the best shipping method for your needs.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, 80% of our product catalog can be shipped to a P.O. Box in the United States. However, some larger items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes due to size restrictions. During checkout, our system will notify you if any items in your order are not eligible for shipment to a P.O. Box and require delivery to a physical address.

For P.O. Box deliveries in the U.S., USPS is the only available carrier. Please note that shipments to P.O. Boxes are not eligible for express shipping.

What can I expect for delivery times?

Delivery times in the United States typically range from 2-6 business days depending on your location:

  • East Coast and neighboring states (close to our New York fulfillment center): 2-4 business days.

  • Midwest: 3-5 business days.

  • West Coast: 4-6 business days.

Most deliveries are processed quickly due to the proximity of our fulfillment center to major population hubs. Please note, all shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery times by up to 24 hours for residential deliveries. This is beyond our control.

My Part Arrived Damaged; What Do I Do?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim, we will require photos of the damage for documentation.

Here’s what to do:

  • Log into your customer account, find the order, and submit a case for the damaged product.

  • Include photos of the damage when submitting your claim. These are necessary for AutoShack to work with the shipping carrier and approve the replacement.

  • Our Customer Service Team will process your claim within

    24 hours

    of receiving all required documentation.

My Package Arrived But Parts Are Missing

If your package arrives and you think parts are missing, here’s what to do:

AutoShack ships all products individually in separate parcels, rather than combining multiple items in one box. Due to the weight and size of our products, they may arrive in separate packages. Although we ship your entire order on the same day, carriers may deliver different packages at different times.

  • Please check your shipping confirmation email for additional tracking numbers to verify if more parcels are on the way.

  • If you still believe parts are missing, log into your account and open a support ticket. Our team will work to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

  • If you need assistance, you can contact our customer service team via phone, text, or live chat.

Is There a Cost to Return an Item & What is the Return Shipping Cost?

Items purchased from AutoShack can be returned for a refund within 45 days of the shipment date, as long as they have not been installed, modified, or damaged and are in resalable condition.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an error on the customer’s part, such as purchasing the wrong part or failing to check the vehicle fitment information, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • You have two return options:

    1. AutoShack-Provided Label: Request a return label from AutoShack. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

    2. Arrange Your Own Shipping: Purchase your own return label from the carrier of your choice.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, and AutoShack will only cover return shipping fees if there was an error on our part. AutoShack reserves the right to provide a prepaid return label at our discretion but will not refund any labels purchased independently by the customer.

Does Someone Need to Sign for the Shipment?

No, our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. By placing an order through AutoShack, you give the carrier permission to leave the package at your residence (e.g., front door, porch, gate) or another secure location.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please contact the carrier directly after your order has shipped to ensure your preferences are noted.

I’ve Ordered My Items But They Have Not Arrived

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, here’s what to do:

AutoShack ships in multiple parcels, so please check the tracking numbers in your shipping confirmation to ensure all parts of your order have been delivered. If any tracking numbers show "not delivered" and it has been a few days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Please note, AutoShack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. Many of our carriers provide photo proof of delivery. Unfortunately, package theft ("porch pirates") can happen, and once the carrier marks the package as delivered, their responsibility ends. AutoShack can contact the carrier to confirm delivery and provide you with proof of delivery if needed.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Follow the instructions in the email to track your items using the provided tracking number.

If you can’t find your shipping confirmation:

  • Check your spam or junk folder first, as the email may have been filtered there.

  • Keep in mind that most orders ship within 1 business day, so if you are checking shortly after placing your order, the shipping confirmation may not have been sent yet.

If it’s been more than 1 business day and you still don’t have your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team with the email address you used to place the order. You can reach us via phone, text, or live chat, and one of our agents will assist you right away.

What Happens If I Am Not Home When My Package Arrives?

Most deliveries from AutoShack do not require a signature, so about 90% of the time, the package will be left at your front door or another secure location. However, whether the package is left or not is ultimately at the discretion of the delivery driver.

If the driver does not leave the package, they will leave a "Door Tag" with information on where you can pick up your order. This might be a local post office, UPS store, FedEx location, or other carrier-designated location. The door tag will provide details on how and when you can retrieve your package.

Express Shipping on Limited Lifetime Warranty Items

All warranty replacement items are shipped via standard shipping at no cost to the customer. However, if you would prefer to have your warranty replacement shipped using our express shipping option, an additional fee will apply.

The express shipping cost will be calculated and provided during the warranty process, allowing you to decide whether to upgrade to express shipping.
