6-Month Manufacturer Warranty

IMPORTANT: By using your AutoShack product, you agree to be bound by the terms of the AutoShack Warranty as set out below:

• Do not use your product until you have read and agreed to the terms of the warranty agreement.

• If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the product and return it within the return period stated in AutoShack's return policy.

AutoShack hereby warrants to the original purchaser that all auto parts and accessories contained in the original packaging are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty covers parts for 6 months from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Details:

• All parts sold by AutoShack are brand new, serviceable, and functional.

• If a part is found to be defective within 6 months from the original date of purchase, AutoShack will, at its discretion, provide a one-time replacement part.

• Items are eligible for warranty replacement only. Refunds will ONLY be issued if the replacement part is out of stock.

• Bundle Purchases: Items purchased as part of a bundle will be warrantied as needed, but AutoShack will not replace the entire bundle if only one item requires replacement.

• Replacement parts are warranted for 90 days from the date of exchange or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Improper Use: AutoShack is not responsible for damages arising from improper use of the product.

• Non-AutoShack Purchases

  : This warranty does not cover products purchased from sources other than AutoShack.

• Labor & Costs: No reimbursements will be given for labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in the installation or reinstallation of parts.

• Incorrect Installation: Warranty does not cover parts installed incorrectly.

• Incorrect Application: Warranty does not cover parts installed for incorrect vehicle application.

In addition, AutoShack is not responsible for:

• Towing expenses

• Rental car expenses

• Any other additional costs for any reason

Claims Process:

• Warranty and shipping damage claims may require authentication such as mechanic diagnosis, photos, or videos of damaged goods. Do not dispose of parts until instructed.

• Documentation: Failure to provide authenticating documentation may result in denial of the warranty claim and future warranty coverage.

• Strut Warranty: Struts and Complete Struts must be purchased in pairs (front or rear), or the warranty is NULL & VOID.

• All warranty claims require an image of the part and, if visible, the part stamp.

• You may be required to return the part for inspection.

• Once your warranty claim has been reviewed and approved, AutoShack will provide a

  one-time replacement part

  at its discretion.

The AutoShack Extended Warranty offers long-term coverage for select products and can be purchased during the checkout process. Please note, this warranty is not available for all products.

Warranty Coverage:

• The AutoShack Extended Warranty is a one-time replacement for any defective or worn-out product.

• The warranty is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is valid only for the original owner of the vehicle, provided the vehicle ownership has not changed since the product was installed.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not apply to products that:

• Have been altered, modified, or lowered

• Have been damaged due to neglect, abuse, or an accident

• Were misused, improperly installed, or contaminated with dirt or other contaminants

• Were installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes

• Are used in applications not recommended by AutoShack

Additional Notes:

• Labor, mileage, or other associated costs for the installation or reinstallation of parts are not covered under this warranty.

• The warranty does not cover parts installed for an incorrect application.

In addition, AutoShack is not responsible for:

• Towing expenses

• Rental car expenses

• Any other additional costs for any reason

Warranty replacement items—whether under the 6-Month Manufacturer Warranty or the AutoShack Extended Warranty—are shipped with standard shipping at no cost.

• If you would like your warranty replacement shipped via Express Shipping, you can pay a nominal fee to upgrade your shipping option.

• The express shipping fee will be calculated when processing your warranty replacement request.

If an item eligible for a warranty replacement is out of stock and a replacement is unavailable, AutoShack will follow these policies:

Warranty within 6 months of purchase:

• A full refund of the purchase price, including taxes, will be issued.

• If an AutoShack Extended Warranty was purchased, the cost of the warranty and applicable taxes will also be refunded.

Warranty outside of 6 months of purchase:

• A refund will only be issued for the AutoShack Extended Warranty amount and the applicable taxes on the warranty.

Struts, Complete Struts, and Hub Bearings are sold on AutoShack either as pairs or individual items.

Please note the following warranty conditions:

• These items are not eligible for AutoShack’s Extended Warranty unless they are purchased in pairs.

• Struts, complete struts, or hub bearings purchased individually are only covered by AutoShack’s standard 6-month warranty.

To ensure long-term coverage, we recommend purchasing these items in pairs.
